  • Service Disruption: Activities that impair the service, including malware, DDOS attacks, harmful traffic, or excessive server load.
  • Excessive Usage: Unusually high bandwidth consumption or usage that negatively affects the service for other customers.
  • False Identity: Impersonating an individual or organization or misusing the identity of another person.
  • Harmful Behavior: Any behavior that causes harm to Robio Line or its users, including fraud, phishing, or cyberattacks.

3. Responsibility for Content

Robio Line acts as a signal transmission service and does not control the content that customers access via the service. You are solely responsible for ensuring that all content you select or view is lawful.

You acknowledge that you may encounter content that you find offensive, false, harmful, or inappropriate. Robio Line assumes no responsibility for third-party content.

4. Enforcement

Robio Line reserves the right to take the following measures:

  • Investigation of reported violations of this AUP.
  • Issuing warnings, restrictions, or termination of an account in case of misuse.
  • Removal or blocking of content that violates this policy.
  • Cooperation with authorities or investigative agencies in cases of serious violations.
  • Immediate blocking of an account without prior notice if we must prevent damage to the service or other users.
